Refund and return policy

Our refund and return policy lasts for 10 days, as for incense, 5 days for a full refund, in the condition in which it was received, and 10 days for a replacement.

If within 21 days of your purchase we are unable to offer you a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from being returned. Openable goods such as perfumes and maamoul cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing for reasons that are not our fault.
Any item returned more than 5 days after delivery


Once you have received and inspected your return, we will send an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or lost refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of your return, and a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
